At Integrative Body Health, our mission is to provide a multitude of services to benefit each patient in achieving their maximum potential. By using state of the art technology, we strive to restore an individual’s spine as close to normal as possible.

We intend to offer kind, compassionate, and gentle care to people of all ages. Our services include corrective care (Chiropractic BioPhysics), weight loss and nutrition, as well as rehabilitation from injury such as workplace, car accident or sports related injuries.

Dr Clyde Navarro

Chiropractor

Dr. Clyde Navarro was born and reared in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He graduated from Sacred Heart University high school. in San Juan. Dr. Clyde earned his bachelors degree from Sacred Heart University in marketing management. He spent most of his younger years in a swimming pool. He was a competitive swimmer and water polo player throughout college. Dr. Clyde was a member of the 1987 National Team of Puerto Rico for water polo.

Dr. Clyde was involved in a car accident that lead him towards chiropractic care for rehabilitation of his spinal injuries. He benefited so much from the care that he decided to begin his studies in chiropractic school.

Dr. Clyde had a special interest in pediatrics and was a member of the pediatrics club at Life University. During his education at Life he pursued and earned a Fellowship with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) through the ICPA, he is Webster’s technique certified to work with pregnant women, as well. He is also Cox technique certified. Dr. Clyde graduated from Life University in Marietta, Georgia in 2001.

He co-owned and and operated Mind Spine Connection Chiropractic Center for nine years in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Moving back to Georgia was an easy decision for Dr. Clyde because he is a huge fan of the Atlanta Falcons. He also enjoys traveling, swimming, and spending time with his family and friends. Dr. Clyde is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Dr Gwyn Goodwin

Chiropractor

Dr. Gwyn Goodwin was born and reared in Carrollton, Georgia. She is the daughter of the late Dr. W.C Goodwin and the late Beverly Goodwin. Dr. Gwyn graduated from Oak Mountain Academy at the top of her class. During her time in Carrollton she took ballet classes from Ms. Anita Burbage and Ms. Pauline Rodwell. She continued dance training at the Atlanta School of Ballet, and became a member of Atlanta Ballet II. After graduating high school, Dr. Gwyn attended the North Carolina School of the Arts on merit scholarship for two years. Then she attended and completed her BFA in dance performance (with honors) from Butler University. She is a member of Alpha Phi sorority.

Dr. Gwyn was chosen to join Colorado Ballet in Denver, Colorado, where she danced professionally for two years. Realizing that her next passion was to help people, she dove into the world of chiropractic. Her dream was to work with professional dancers and help them to prevent injuries. While studying at Life University, Dr. Gwyn began taking courses through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). She became very interested in caring for pregnant women and adjusting children. Through the courses, she was granted a fellowship with the ICPA.

Dr. Gwyn graduated from Life University with a Doctorate of Chiropractic in the spring class of 2002. Dr. Gwyn worked for a year in Villa Rica at Bankhead Chiropractic before moving to San Juan, Puerto Rico. She was the co-owner of Mind Spine Connection Chiropractic Center. Dr. Gwyn worked with professional dancers, children of all ages, and pregnant women. She also started the first Ideal Protein weight loss clinic on the island of Puerto Rico. After practicing in San Juan for eight years, she was ready to return to Georgia with her family and local friends.

Dr. Gwyn is happy to be back in her hometown, and ready to help anyone who is interested in improving their overall health. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, all forms of exercise, teaching ballet, and spending time with her family and friends.
