My name is Nannette and I cried when my Drs. Navarro & Goodwin moved from Puerto Rico. I was Clyde’s patient since 2004. Since the first time I sat down @ his office I felt very at ease. He treated me with excellent professionalism & care.

In April 2011 after a facial paralysis & high blood pressure & diabetes I went to visit another Doctor in the same building where they were located & saw an ad about a Doctor supervised weight loss program. I decided immediately to make an appointment since it was them who were recommending it.

Dr. Gwyn explained me all about the diet; how it worked & how to follow it. I really felt that it would be effective/ efficient & safe & without thinking it twice I joined the plan.

After 4 months of following the diet and the Doctors advices & supervision I reached my goal! (My most difficult time was when I traveled.But I still kept the regimen.I even got some advice & support over the phone.) Both, Dr. Clyde & Dr. Gwyn were always eager to help.

I lost a total of 74 lbs!!! (Actually I say I also lost 20 years also, because I feel younger!) Most importantly, I have stopped taking all of my medication for high blood pressure & cholesterol & diabetes! Due to a lack of ligaments on my right knee it use to hurt so much that I limped. But now not also I can walk better I can run! My facial paralysis almost completely went away, as well.

Since then I have been on my maintenance program & feel sooooo good. Last November I celebrated my 60th birthday with a huge party. My husband made some movies of me & I couldn’t believe I look younger now than when I was in my late 40′s & 50′s !!!

I first started seeing Drs. Goodwin and Navarro when my kids were 2 years and 6 months old. Thanks to the lack of sleep and the constant carrying of one or both children, along with their bags, strollers and accessories, I was barely able to turn my neck and my shoulders were very tense and tight. After a few sessions I was feeling much better and able to move more freely.

I was feeling so good that I started to bring my girls for pediatric adjustments. They loved it and started to get sick less often, which was great, considering the oldest one was starting pre-school. They truly care about patient well being. I always felt that the doctors had my best interest at heart and were invested in my health and me.
